    Michael Sanson, FMP; has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 25 years. He began his career in the Phoenix/Scottsdale Market working in both the resort and nightclub segments where he learned operational awareness and hospitality at the highest levels. He then went on to focus on restaurant development and operations at many national airports. During this time, Michael participated in the evolution of dining in airports. He participated in syncing Local/Regional/National brands with their own company cultures. He also developed and operated internally branded concepts that met the needs of the airports. He has worked for “street-side” regional and national brands like Buca di Beppo, Bobby McGee’s and Los Angeles based Lemonade. Recently he also worked for Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri at one of his Tex Wasabi’s concepts. Michael’s passion for great food, five-star hospitality and superior health/safety standards distinguish him as a leader in the industry. Michael currently owns and operates Trademark Pizza Company in Roseville. Trademark Pizza, the award-winning pizzeria was the first quick fired pizza company in the region. His latest venture, Rock -N- Fire, will be the culmination of the many years and experiences in the restaurant industry and will undoubtedly be his finest work.


    ROCK -N- FIRE is a new concept in fast-casual dining, serving BOTH artisan quality, custom-built pizzas and delicious custom burgers at super-fast speeds, and all at very affordable prices.



    Our assembly line (or Speed Line) format lets you choose one of our personal-sized 11-inch or 9-inch signature pizzas or create your own from a wide variety of crusts, sauces, cheeses and toppings. The customer simply steps to the counter and oversees the construction of their pizza. The customer will tell us; a little more of this, a little less of that. Traditional pizza-making philosophy meets a modern pizza-making kitchen. Pizzas will be fresh, fast and personalized.



    Salads will also be available on the pizza line. Opt for one of our signature salads or create your own from our fresh selection of greens, toppings and dressings.

    Choose from one our signature burgers or create your own with multiple choices of buns, patties, cheese, condiments and toppings. Our beef patty is a proprietary blend of sirloin, brisket and chuck that is made just for Rock -N- Fire.

    We also have unique patties like sushi grade Ahi Tuna and made from scratch black bean veggie burger.



    Great Bone-in chicken wings will be served with sauces that include; Buffalo, Habanero-Mango, Asian Sweet Chili, Teriyaki and Zesty BBQ



    Great French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries and scratch Panko Crusted Onion Rings along with our Sriracha infused Onions Rings called “Rings of Fire” are available.



    Great beverage options include Fountain Soda, Infused Lemonades and Ice Teas, Ice Cream Shakes, Craft Beers and Wines to go with your meal.

    This is an entirely new approach to PIZZA and BURGERS. The concept is centered on delivering BOTH great food options under the same roof; custom built – super fast – and at an affordable price.

    Eco-Friendly is GOOD business. We will go to great lengths to see that our packaging is eco-friendly – made in the USA from post-consumer recycled and/or sustainable materials. Rock -N- Fire is committed to being responsible, respectful and sustainable.
